The ARN WIICTA Awards 2024 in Sydney was a day to remember, celebrating the achievements of women in technology across the industry. The event kicked off with the inspiring message, “When the tide rises, it lifts all boats,” setting an empowering tone for the occasion.

We are proud to announce that Shilpa Reddy, Oreta’s Service Operations Manager, was awarded the Shining Star Award 2024! 🏆 This prestigious honour reflects Shilpa’s exceptional leadership and contributions to our organisation and the broader tech landscape.

In addition to Shilpa’s win, we also celebrate Charuni Mallawaarachchi for being a finalist for the Rising Star Award and Racquel Miller for her nomination in the DE&I category.
